Service Description

This is a 2 hour consultation that allows me to discover your health and wellness goals and provide a program for you with recommendations in 5 different areas: Diet, exercise, supplements, herbal formulations and alternative methodologies if needed. We start with a health survey provided by you and we will walk through your concerns. Then I will formulate a plan for you.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid for your consultation and received your Wellness survey, there are NO REFUNDS. Please make sure you consider this before booking.
