Because herbal products are naturally non-returnable, we do not accept returns - but if you're ever dissatisfied, we’re happy to offer a store credit. Just send us a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review and apply the credit promptly. Please note, misuse of this policy won’t be tolerated.
