Classes

Small, hands-on classes limited to ten people. Herbs, notebooks, a pot of tea, and plenty of room for your questions. Beginner friendly, always.

What It Is

My classes are small on purpose. Ten people maximum means everyone gets their questions answered, everyone gets their hands on the herbs, and nobody sits at the back feeling lost.

I teach practical natural wellness tools you can use right away, the kind of thing you'll go home and actually do. New topics get added regularly, and if there's something you'd love to learn about, tell me. A lot of my best classes started as somebody's request.

Classes currently run in person in Colorado Springs. Online classes may come in the future.

Who it's for

  • You're curious about herbs and want to start somewhere real

  • You learn better by doing than by reading

  • You'd like to meet other people interested in natural wellness

  • You have a group and want a private class or workshop

  • You're a complete beginner. Genuinely, that's most people

Come and Learn Something

Karen teaches the way she was taught: hands on the plants, questions welcome, nobody made to feel behind. You'll leave knowing one or two herbs properly rather than fifty in passing.

Classes are as much about learning to listen to your own body as they are about the herbs on the table.
