What It Is
Coaching is for the part that comes after good advice: actually doing it. We meet regularly so you have somewhere to bring the wins, the sticking points and the "I tried that and it didn't work for me."
My style is warm, practical and encouraging. I focus on helping you make real-life changes that fit your body and your schedule, and I'd rather you make one change that lasts than five that don't.
If you've had recommendations before and struggled to follow through, this is usually the missing piece.

Questions About This Service
How do I know if your coaching is a good fit for me?
If you want natural, personalized support and you're ready to take an active role in your wellness, coaching may be a great fit. My style is warm, practical and encouraging, and I focus on helping you make real-life changes that work for your body and your life. If you're unsure, my free 15-minute session is a great place to start.
What's the difference between a consultation, coaching session and class?
A consultation is one-on-one and focused on your current health concerns and goals. Coaching gives you ongoing support and accountability, and classes are smaller group learning sessions where I teach practical natural wellness tools. If you're not sure which one fits you best, book my free 15-minute session and I'll help you figure it out.
Do you offer follow-up support after a consultation or coaching session?
Yes. I want you to feel supported after we talk, not just during the appointment. Follow-up support helps me answer questions, adjust recommendations if needed, and keep your wellness plan moving in the right direction.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy for appointments?
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as you can. I understand that life happens. I just ask for as much notice as possible so I can open that time for someone else who needs support. If you are a no show / no call, I will require a $25 non-refundable deposit before scheduling more appointments.
