Natural Wellness Support for Monument Families

Karen has spent more than fifty years helping people use herbs safely and well. Clients from Monument and the surrounding Tri-Lakes area come to her for the same reason everyone else does: she listens first, she doesn't overclaim, and she makes recommendations that fit a real life rather than an ideal one.

Monument sits at over 6,900 feet, and altitude, dry air and a short growing season all show up in the questions Karen gets from clients here, from winter skin to what will actually survive in a Front Range herb bed.

Appointments are available in person at the Colorado Springs practice, or by phone and video if that's easier than the drive.

Questions From Monument Clients

Do you work with clients in Monument ?

Yes. Karen is based in Colorado Springs and works with clients throughout El Paso County, in person as well as by phone and video. If the drive isn't convenient, remote sessions work well for most things.

What happens during my consultation?

During your consultation, I listen to your concerns, talk through your goals, and look at the bigger picture of your health and lifestyle. I also use my ZYTO biocommunication scan to help me gather more insight. Then I share personalized recommendations that are fine-tuned for you, your body and your life.

Can I work with you if I'm taking prescription medication?

Often, yes. I just need to know exactly what you're taking so I can look at your herbs and wellness recommendations with care. I always encourage you to keep your prescribing provider in the loop too, especially if you have a health condition or take medications regularly.

Do you make custom herbal formulas?

Yes. I personally make customized formulas for each client, taking into consideration your needs, health challenges and personal preferences. That way, you get something fine-tuned for you, not a one-size-fits-all blend.

Are your classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. I design my classes to be approachable, helpful and easy to follow, even if you're brand new to herbs or natural wellness. I love making learning feel simple and encouraging.
