Creating a meal plan might sound intimidating, but I promise it’s easier than you think! Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to get you started:


  1. Assess your needs: Together, we will formulate a plan based on the correct number of calories and dietary components to keep you jhealthy while you're losing weight.

  2. Choose your foods: Let's face it. We all have food preferences. If you hate eggplant and couscous, it does me no good to give you menues with those food in them. I will take into consideration any food allergies as well as your prefered faire to create the perfect plan - just for you!

  3. Plan your meals: I provide menues aligned with your needs and desires. Whether that means 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, or a plan that integrates with your intermittent fasting schedule.

  4. Prep ahead: Spend a few hours on the weekend chopping veggies, cooking grains, or portioning snacks. Many of my plans have prep guides so you can spend a couple of hours on the weekend and have food prepped for the entire week!

  5. Track and adjust: Keep an eye on how you feel and your progress. We will tweak your plan as you go. I check in with you once a week as part of your plan to make adjustments, tweak the nutrients, and encourage you every step of the way.
